My journey into breathwork, mindfulness and sound began in 2020, during a time when the world felt both very quiet and extremely loud at the same time. After just one session, I felt something I hadn’t in a long time: lighter, more focused, and deeply at ease. That single experience sparked an endless curiosity in me, and I’ve been exploring and practicing the power of sound ever since.

Today, I’m internationally trained in sound healing through the Sound Healing Academy, ASM, and the Sound Healing Center. My sessions are a blend of ancient tools and modern science, combining crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, chimes, and bells to create immersive, restorative sound journeys. I also incorporate breathwork, vocal toning, and guided meditation to create a container for your mind and body to rest, release, and realign.

My approach is intuitive with a strong foundation in the science of sound and its effects on the nervous system and brain. I offer a grounded sound bath experience for modern life where stress, anxiety, and sleep issues are all too common.

While I welcome anyone looking for relief and restoration, I especially love working with creatives. As someone who deeply understands the highs and lows of the creative process, I hold space for calm, reconnection to flow, inspiration and clarity.

Clients often report feeling deeply relaxed, sleeping better, and experiencing noticeable anxiety relief after sessions. But more than anything, my intention is to help people feel rested by finding stillness in both the body and the mind.
